Drawn Hunger Games Story

So, I'm gonna write Drawn Hunger Games Story with people's OC's. I'm gonna use the people from Awkward's first Hunger Games simulation (I don't know all their usernames so maybe Awkward or someone else can let them know). This is the first of many posts I'll make for people to put info on. This may take a while but I'll go ahead and start now. So on this one I want everyone to put all the info on their oc (name, gender, personality, powers) as well drawings of the outfit their characters will wear in the interview.
