hELP! music issue

how come i sync it one time.. and like suddenly the next day i check on it again and it becomes a different speed? like

day 1: syncing it. think its good.
day 2: animation changes speed, everything goes faster and is out of sync.
day 3: i try to fix it, and i fix it to adjust to the newer speed.
day 4: returns back to speed i was working it, on day 1.

cycle repeats.
