This is penelope, she’s from purgatory, and she is a fallen angel! I say that because she doesn’t have strong enough wings to fly and her halo is broken, but she really is from purgatory. She has powers, although they are very weak. She also can fly at a very low height, but not enough to leave purgatory She’s super clumsy, and very sweet. She also has no idea what the human world is like.
