Meet my new OC Celeron!!!!
Celeron is a Dragon Ball OC although he needs some work done and I need to better at drawing him. But I'll give his backstory later I still have to fix that too, along with some.........other things, anyway just to note his race he's a sayian so just tell me what I need to fix and I'll try fix it.
