whats with the "dysphoria trend"

Why is everybody just making animations with the title "dysphoria" and drawing themself saying "I'm ok :)" as well as in the description. I mean I get that you like to talk about dysphoria but... It's kinda triggering how you "reenact" it. No, it's not okay to do this because some people with ACTUALLY DYSPHORIA find this shit rude. please st o p doing ittt. and for anyone who thinks I think they dont have dysphoria and they use it as a venting mechanism then I understand that.
