So um i had to go to indoor soccer practice, and i havent done it in over a year for, global reasons... anyways, i was kind of nervous, as i always am for new things. its the anxiety. when i got there, some teacher had brought me the long way round to the place where they were practicing, which made me 15 min late. my crush was there. she literally wasnt helping my anxiety by just being cute. the exercises were hard and stuff, but here is the scary part we were doing squat things. and suddenly my head felt lighter and my throat felt as though it was closing up. it was getting harder and harder to breathe, like i was climbing up a mountain. so i got extrememly scared. i didnt tell anyone which made it worse. i was feeling incredible anxiety for no reason i didnt let it show, and eventually i could breath, but this happened like two more times my legs were fucking jelly when practice was over. i could barely walk.
