woah im making an oc that can speak a different language?? what??? anyways ghostlee ( i dont remember their @ they will probably comment-) asked if he could read and i thought it would be funny if he couldnt- so he is foreign! im gonna say he learned how to read and write polish but english he just listened to a shit ton of different radio stations, so he picked up other languages that way
