Editor Update! Fractional Brushes!

Hey everyone! Holy carp, there's a new editor feature! Ever feel like a brush size of 1 was too small and a brush size of 2 was too big? Now you can create fractional brush sizes like 1.25 or 1.75 or 1.5!!! The smallest available width is now 0.1 in the editor. There's also a brush size delta value in the Repeat and Transform tool so you can specify a change in brush size for each copy. Negative values go smaller, positive values go bigger. In theory I guess you could use that to create strokes with a brush size smaller than 0.1.
