Monk with a Gun

Roseken'll be a monk with a gun. There's no actual ammunition for it, but there is a way to use the gun, but there are specific requirements, which has to deal with having a specific party member. Anywho, rose' ll probably be an early to middle-game enemy. not sure just yet.
