i have an etsy shop and someone bought a fursuit base i made but i didnt know they bought it because i didnt have etsy notifs on, and they bought it 41 DAYS AGO and i feel shitty bc they messaged me multiple times and luckily they got a refund but i FINALLY messaged them back asking if they would still want it and if so ill give them a 25% off discount just because i feel so bad lmao
