Given to me by @Star_The_Meergon , I just changed a few things to the design uwu
so
Her name is Blue, she is an angler fish siren mermaid thing XD, and to me she looks like a child so thats what imma make her lol

since she is an angler fish and kinda scary looking to anyone who sees her, she isn't very well liked and lives alone and thats all I really came up with while drawing this so yea ;w;
