Editor Update: Perfect Circles

Hey all, I've made an update to the editor that allows you to quickly and easily draw or erase circles of any size by holding Alt+Shift while using the pencil or eraser! The brush size is ignored while you click and drag to size your circle. This compliments the Ctrl+Shift to draw rectangles feature I added awhile back. Yeah, I know the brush is already a perfect circle but it occurred to me it might be a nice to have to quickly generate circles of any size.
