so i wanna make adoptables a thing again cuz they're awesome owo

i thought i'd try out a dragon type being that ive been sorta drawing for a while. ive assigned a color pallet. heres the deal:

1-this is continueable but if you trace it your disqualified
2-even if you are the only one who wants it, you must make an entry
3-for the entry, you must submit one of these:
line drawing of head or body
colored drawing of body or head
original color pallet on character
modifications to the design or pallet

you must submit a bio with a name, gender, basic personality and how much you'll use it. have fun!
