The answer is that this is a Deranged Mutant Killer Monster Snow Goon by Bill Waterson and appeared in the Calvin & Hobbes collection "Attack of the Deranged Mutant Killer Monster Snow Goons". If you only give the short form of its title, you get 50 Koin. The first person who tells me where this is from gets 25 Koin.
