eyes r weird

yknow when ur eyes like randomly zoom out??? like lets say youre playing a game but then all of a sudden you can see everything yet also not

like when u look at your hand it changes sizes and it like its hard to tell if its far away or not

its just a weird feeling and sometimes it doesnt go away for hours...

sometimes it happens when im making art on here and its annoying
