Since it's a new year, I'd like to recommend a suggestion... since I've made advice posts, there are future ones that are still a work in progress, but one lil hint from a specific kind is... be mindful uwu Being mindful is where you focus on the present and think of all the positive outcomes, rather than unmindful which is focusing on the past with negative reminders and memories. Don't be unmindful, cuz you'll hurt your heart and be either mad at yourself or someone else... and trust me, it's not the best feeling ;; Hope this suggestion from part of what I'm doing (and help from a teen book I have ^^") helps!! <3
