ELICTRIK REJECT
Name: Eli “Elictrik” Gender: Male Owner: [CLASSIFIED] Target: [CLASSIFIED] Blood: f6ff00 Weapon:SP-V2. Eli was a weapons vehicle engineer for the government. So it wasn’t shocking that he was involved with many top-secret government plans. One of these plans, was plan “REJECT” While other scientists has already made a working reject blood that was alter able, they needed it to be so in a manner so that when the subject drank it, they would also have a few different offensive mechanisms. So he did it. He had just finished the reject blood prototype for the rest of the people to use. But he put it in a cup in his fridge. As it needed to be kept cool. The next day, when he was starting off, he went to go grab his lemon kool-aid, and basically downed all of it. The thing was that he hadn’t drank the kool-aid, he had drank the blood, as they where both the same color. He soon began to shriek in pain as his body altered. And due to certain conditions , he wasn’t able to pass out from the pain, so he experienced every agonizing second of it. A metal mask began to sprout from his head, which connected to the remote . He began to give a large discharge of electricity from beginning to end of the transformation. He had finished. He had 8 SP-v2.9 legs, and had a digital screen in front of him.. and his head to his shoulders where covered in the mask. While he can’t see in color, he is able to map out the area using thermal vision, and the echoing of sound to map a place. So while he is blind, he can see you coming from behind. At first, he guarded the remote which controls him, as he himself was in possession of it, but soon after, a diffrent person came in and got the remote .... it was another government official. While Eli Is considered a reject, he’s also still considered a government official for new reasons though. He has a few different abilities, one of them being the ability to control electronics and the flow of electricity in anything, including people. He can send out EMPs (it tried to say emus and I almost died laughing-) that can disrupt the neurons in the human body, causing the person to seizure. He also has his SP-V2.9’s... which- can stab through almost anything... The black outside of his mask is actually just a digital screen that displays mimics of his eyes. The rest of the mask is an extremely strong titanium-alloy. (Sorry if this looks a bit rushed, it’s really late, and I tried to get the ref in, if it needs to be of better quality, I will make one tomorrow. But this is a basic ref.)
