any tips on dynamic coloring?

 

like aesthetic art, good coloring idea, good color blending, good lighting. like idk maybe some ibis paint brush recs? I am pleading idk anything goes.

@Kailey_Kat 1. I sort of go for warm colors, such as red or orange, and i try to look for colors that are related to those two but also appear as different colors. for example, if i'd want a warm blue color, i'd find a color that is closest to blue but is still in the warm area of the color palette choices (i'm really bad at answering things sorry :') )
