It's sad to see toon die. It's the site where I met all my internet friends and made me interested in doing animation as a career.

@SelenaRutiberra Probably not, its gonna switch to HTML5 but when Flash goes down the editor will become unavailable, so to say the least, soon.

@unknown_artist The editor is fine actually and Toonator gets too much of a bad rep I think. I hate site just as much as the next guy but it was a pioneer point for a lot of younger artist and in its heyday it was made up of an incredibly tight-knit community. Literally my entire current friend group is a direct result of Toonator.com. Also no the site wont be going down until it makes the switch, but when Flash dies it will just become unusable for a little while (only the editor is Flash-Dependent).
