should i quit animating?

maybe it's best if i had, cuz i have been troubled lately about my anti-socialness and stuff..... and to tell you all the truth my grades has been going down lately. but then animating helps me forget about my problems and go into a world i create! pls guys tell me if i should retire....thanks!
