@EvilNightblade uhh, well. in the world that the guy lives in, there's a 5% chance (or.. something like that) that a kid is born with magic capabilities. when they "unlock" their ability to do magic, a physical part of their body is affected and turned into "mist" (or really just a see-through, colored version of that body part.)EvilNightblade
