for the past 4 months
I have been studying finnish and consuming finnish media and exploring finnish culture. It's quite a very fun language to learn. finnish is actually not a germanic language but part of the finno uralic group or something. pretty cool huh? it's similar to hungarian and estonian. the language has 15 cases! thats craaaaazy eh!? the language is very hard but I think I've been making good progress. did you know that finnish is a very colloquial language? crazy huh? for example, "minä olen AL3X ja minä haluan asua suomessa" would turn into "mä oon AL3X ja haluan asua suomessa." pretty wild huh? it may seem simple but the more you delve into it the crazier it gets. i'd definitely like to move there one day. very peaceful and pretty and I would definitely fit in with their people and integrate easily. thats all for now xings, xueens and nonbinary folx!
