Gael (character doodles)
FInally got around to doodling the younger sibling. Their angelic forms will come later, but maybe I'll continue practicing coloring until I do that. Note: For Gael, I wanted to make them very youthful in both mind and appearance (around 11-13). One of Gael's struggles is their inability to understand concepts such as "love" and complex human emotions, which makes them very cold and hard to approach. They'll say something hurtful to someone and think "what did I say? I was just being truthful", but I think one of their redeeming qualities would be their effort to make ammends. Gael dislikes trouble and secretly likes having people around them. ---- I know I doodled Gael with a lot of angry expressions, but I think after a bit of growing up, they'll be more bashful and worrisome. Plus, I think the only way to get on their good side is if you play soccer or basketball with them. It's one of the only thing Gael enjoys besides reading. ^_^
