i wonder if they know how shitty all this feels, to have to sit here and listen to them going off at each other like no one else is there. im already anxious enough as it is, them yelling doesnt fucking help. theyve just been arguing more and more lately its kinda sad when im getting to the point where i dont feel safe in my home. i cant fucking sleep because im uncomfortable here. it sucks
