Smash concept: Kat

Concept moveset If I were to put my main OC, Kat, in smash bros. the chance of this actually getting in is 0, but I just wanted to try this out, it's actually really fun! feel free to make your own moveset with this, it has all the main moveset, (no getups) feel free to go through frame-by-frame with the slider, or by continuing it (Beware lag!) oops, accidentally made a ref sheet at the end, official one may or may not come sometime soon. (Use this in the meantime or something.) Edit: don't pay attention to the Kat on the right at the end, I failed baaaaad.
