Decoy was not an average creature- he was, in fact, a dead one. He used to be a platypus...And, he also used to be a cat (which was...Not as prominent)
He was an experiment- an attempt to bring dead back to life. Why they chose a platypus and cat still remains a mystery, but here he was, a living, breathing..Dead thing that could speak in cracked voices.

"Umm..! Decoy, food time!" the nurse outside chimed in, sliding the tray through a slot.
"T...Ha...nk...Y...Ou...Ha...Nn...A-...h"Decoy said, limping on his different sized legs and sniffing at the food, intrigued, before nibbling at it.
"...Decoy, have you ever thought of..Escaping?"
"E...Sca..ping? N..O...I have...Not...."
"Oh...Well...Um..I was thinking" the nurse peered through the slot, yellow eyes peering at him, "That...Maybe I could help you do it, if you wanted. Escape, I mean"
"You...W..ant...To...Help...Me..E..-.s..ca..pe...?"
Hannah grinned, showing pointy teeth. Did humans have pointy teeth? Decoy wasnt really sure. His mind was...Blurry.
"If...You..Say...So...Ha...Nn..ah..-.But...I...Am...Un..Sure..How...I..-.Co...uld"
Hannah's grin widened, "Oh...No need to worry about that, hun. I got it alllll under control~""
