ah, ive felt really nauseous lately

idk why. im not sick, i already got over being sick. and its not even my abdomen that hurts?? its like, up in my chest or directly below my ribcage, which isnt a typical stomach-ache for me ive also had really brief moments of almost passing out on a daily basis i know im hydrated, maybe i just have a poor diet, idk if it keeps happening then hopefully i can persuade my mom to do something in the next few weeks or so, its getting annoying
