does anyone know how to fix this

so basically a while ago my discord account got hacked by a bot (so it wasnt instant) and after that happened i completely forgot i had my phone number linked to it, so i disabled and deleted it.. and like now i cant get my phone number back out of that discord account and put it on my new one bc i dont have access to it and plus i dont remember what the full username and tag was so i cant even contact discord support about it!!

and now i cant verify in certain servers which really sucks since i wanted early access for a game :(((
