so, you know how I keep saying she's dead? syke!! she did almost die and everyone thinks she's dead, but actually she got turned into a vampire. Mr.MIller(Lucas and Ace's father) sent a person to go and capture her but she was playing in the road. She gets slightly run over but Liana turns her into a vampire and protects her for a while. She's friends with Lucas, which is how Mr.Miller knew about her. She's also friends with James cause they grew up with each other. she's kinda his older sister. She hangs out with Lucas a lot, but one time, Mr.Miller captures her. he tortures her and stuff. eventually, she escapes right before Dolphin, collie, and the others kill Mr.Miller. she refuses to let her siblings know she still exists. only Phin does, but she doesn't know that Phin does cause phin is literally all powerful. Phin doesn't really have as much emotional connection with her though, being really young when she 'died'.(also, Phin is technically James's kid. but whatever, not this body. and noth is, but the being that resides in his body and soul along with him) Juliana is straight?? maybe?? either that or a lesbian?? idk which. anyway, her father was a fairy, so that's her most dominant trait. her wings got torn off though by Mr.Miller. any questions?
