Kanmo Ro! He is my BNHA villian oc. I love him and im so proud of his character desgin. His quirk is Crying Eye! if he looks someone in the eye or touches someones face, he is able to make them cry when he cries. The crying makes people dizzy and cant see through the tears. The harder Kanmo cries the harder the person cries, it begins to sting and make people get severe headaches. Much like present mic his vocal cords can make people go deaf, but only when he scream sobs. If he screams sobs the person affected can go permately deaf, cry blood, or faint. Some have been caused to go insane because of the rattling in their head from the booming noise. Kanmo can only do this for three minutes before he becomes too dehydrated to continue. he needs constant water or he gets dehydrated and faints. He has trained himself to be able to take control up to three people. his villian name is Weeping Willow
