W.D Gaster

This had to be referenced cuz i cant really draw undertale xD. So Gaster is one of my fav characters cuz i just love the way he is like hes pretty much an anti hero and i love that. This was drawn with a mouse so some lines aren't as smooth as id like but hey it work out. And for the move tool maybe Clayton can add a feature that allows us to rotate the image?? Just a suggestion.....or maybe it already exists and i didn't find it yet xD
