the face is like a road sign that affects the traffic going by it. The faces we make are not based on our emotions, our facial expressions are actually close to what could be considered a defense mechanisum . the face is like a secondary emotion reactor. We can force it to move when we want to act and show a fake emotion or sometimes it does it on its own. From a young age we are taught that smiling means happy, frowning means sad wide eyed is suprised or scared it goes on. From that young age they become a cided secondary defense. The faces we make are based purley on the social interaction. Your brain is defending you from socializing, It will change based on the context and not the chemicals being released to create an emotion in your body. It acts off context, like I said its a secondary thing. So when we are drawing the cognitive functions of our brain are kicked into high gear, the endorphines dopamine and norepinephrine are set on a high because of the hyper focus. The more we draw the better hand eye coordination we have, the better memory we have, and extreamly increased awarness and alertness. Now that we know drawing affects the mind it doesnt only affect the knowladge within it, it also uses the context clues of what your drawing to get your nerves system to react. The hand is connected with the brain, and produces emotions that will be assimilated through the nervous system. This means our brain is in hyper focus, taking context clues as it learns and grows creating the naturall secondary response of copying the said emotion on the page.
