some goat stories

why not? goats rule here we go uwu our oldest one is named mama sue. shes had 3 babies while shes been with us, but probably more in her lifetime, so she earned her name ^^. her 2 kids are ferdinand and agnis, but we call them ferdie and aggie. unlike her, theyre very fat and big. she is quite frail. then in the other pasture we have oreo, who was named by a 7 year old at a goat camp i went to. he was sick, so i bought him. he also has a "brother" who was named ricky ricotta, a type of goat cheese lmao. hes a bit stubborn, but really sweet. first things first, the first 2 goats we got were named charlie and max. we were there the second day they were born, because our neighbor was raising them. he was just up our driveway, which is half a mile, in a cow pasture to the left. they were sweet until they grew. when we got mama sue, she was pregnant with 2 baby boys whom we didnt know the father of. so, one day we decided to put like, collars around our goats? and just for a few hours attach them to trees with wire so they could graze. their pasture was quite bare. what ended up happening was max pulled so hard on the wire, he strangled himself to death. that was the first loss unu. then, as time went on and charlie grew, he became bitter. i think its because losing his brother really hurt him, and he was also taken from his mother at a young age. then mama sue had her babies, in a hail storm outside. one did not survive. the other did, and we named him stergil after stergil simson. his ears were adorable ^^. on vacation one time, however, he got a terrible case of worms and passed away ;-; . then it was charlie and mama sue, but at this point charlie was all messed up. we ended up selling him to a farm for 250 dollars, and they promised not to eat him. now, before we sold charlie he got mama sue pregnant, and she had ferdi and aggie. they were quite sweet, and it was just them for a while. then, in the beginning of the summer, i went to a wonderful camp where i could spend hours with baby goats, sleeping in the warm summer sun with them. we also made handmade cheese, because it was a goat cheese farm. we made homeade pasta, with ricotta cheese, which is where ricky ricotta came from. that was wonderful. in that, ofcourse, my favorite goat was a weak little guy named oreo. when he was born, some people were gonna buy him and they wanted his horns cut off. they decided not to instead like JERKS, so now oreo doesnt have any defense. he was sick with something because his owner forgot to give him a shot, and it stunted his growth so hes also very tiny. an absolute sweet heart tho. so later in the year, i bought him and his bestie, ricky ricotta from the owner. reciently, however, right before me and my family went to the carribean, oreo got attacked by a wild dog. his shoulder was dislocated and an infection bloomed beneath his shoulder blade, along with many other tooth wounds that were stitched. we clean it every morning and night, and he has to get a shot every night. hes doing really well though, so yeah :) this was fun to share with you, so lemme know if you want more animal stories! this is just backround info, so the other stories will be more interesting and shorter but yeah, it gets fun at my farm :)
