@ClaytonR & @Mods: Journal entries?

So another problem that I've been noticing recently is the amount of "images" that are literally either just straight up blank, or are just a single straight line/scribbles and nothing else, and these submissions are usually just people talking/venting in the description box. So why not make a feature specifically made for people to just write whatever they want (as long as it follows along the website guidelines) so that it doesn't clog up the home page/kiddie pool with "animations" that aren't even animations? Also I promise I'm not trying to make fun of anyone in particular with the words in the image, I'm just making a generalized example of what the feature would be used for. (Btw this is continuable!)
