I think your lineart is a bit messy and its somewhat hard to tell whats really going on. It's almost very rough, I'd suggest maybe trying to calm it down with the harsh lines. I also think your coloring is great too, but you should add a bit more shading that defines where either hair is placed or what direction the character is positioned in. If you'd like I could give you some tips on that.
