Xander Redesign (read description)
Ok so folks who have followed me for a while may remember this guy here named Xander: https://drawn.digifi.ca/play/wbr1hv https://drawn.digifi.ca/play/uvndyv https://drawn.digifi.ca/play/alwpiw And while I do still like the initial design and do plan on keeping it/will still draw it, the reason I'm making a redesign is because the character was initially designed to exist within @XEclipse 's story about demons; and that universe had specific rules/lore about how the demon species in it are supposed to look like. That being said, it's been a long while since they had talked about that story, and I have no idea if that story still exists/if it's been updated at all. So while there's a part of me that still wants to draw Xander because he's honestly one of my fav oc's that I've made on drawn, he's technically a "fan oc" of sorts. So because of that, I figured that I'd made an alternate version of him where he has no direct connection to that universe; and I decided to give him a more satyr-like vibe to him to keep him distinct from the original scorpion-inspo the previous design had. Also note that while I do like this redesign, there's a good chance that I might update it again since this is more of a rough concept of the redesign then the final version lol. But yah I wanted to make it clear that I'm not getting rid of the original design, I just made an alternate version where the concept design 100% belonged to me and didn't interfere with another artist's old story/lore lol.
