I can't sleep rn

I need help, and I'm still scared of the jumpscare even though I saw it 6 times. doesn't facing your fears help you? I mean yeah, I DID say this thing doesn't scare me anymore, not as MUCH anyway. but rlly I can't stop thinking about it. I just wanna think about something good, like my two cat friends. and their snuggly cute fluffy selves, that they sleep with me every night. I'm at my second house so. I'm not with them. maybe I should stop seeing genocide all together, maybe will be better...
