Isolation - Phobia Contest

generally anytime I'm all alone I freak out.
I have a bit of trouble enjoying things like vr games because of it since many Vr games are single player and you're all alone it makes me scared
I believe the phobia of isolation is called either Autophobia or Eremophobia
Yeah... I like knowing someones nearby or here as company even though I'm a introvert which means I am defying reality
