My parents are arguing again

Its getting on my freaking nerves. They used to alot but they stopped for a while until things were bought up. They have been going at this for 45 minutes and Ive tried to ignore it but Its too annoyingly loud. I wanna run downstairs and scream at them tbh.
(This is venting btw but Im sure you guys can prbly tell :( )
