Catilion part 2
Since their hair isnt able to camo they have to make hats and cover them in their scales that they shed. If the scales are from the original owner who's wearing the hat then the hat will work, but if another puts on the hat it won't work. This is an advantage if another race catches a catiltion or their hat, so that they can't learn to camo. #disasterscontest1
