everyone has their own opinions, but you do need to honestly state why it's not as goodperhaps you may not be used to it, or not like it, but it doesn't mean the site is bad. for some people, it's great, so if you have complaints about it, state why
and, the creators have lives too and can't always improve it every day
besides they would probably appreciate feedback more than a statement that would put them down
