oof I just do workouts regularly + runs. But I stopped recently because of some other issue. Anyways there are a bunch of workouts on youtube, I usually just grab one of them and start. Make sure to eat meat and get that protein to grow your muscle. Also never miss breakfast. And snacks after workouts to keep you energized.
