You fail again, Randice!

I found these two old characters in my 5th grade notebook.
Randice is the dog who's essentially trying to take over the world while battling self doubt
and I don't know the name to the cat, but he's always there to stop Randice and rub his failure in his face.
if you could help me figure out a name for the cat, that'd be helpful thanky
