am i the only one...

who gets bad feelings out of random ,even if nothing bad is necessarily happening....like a pit in my stomach or smt? its annoying sksks. most of the time pits in my stomach happen when im anticipating something bad/unpleasant to happen, like a dentist's visit (i hate their flouride) but nothing bad is rlly going to happen atm
