mmm yes lag/pleas help

hello my minecrap broke


So, i have a creative flat world to test my Building and Decorating skills, and i logged onto it one day. and it hasnt loaded in, its stuck at 0%. i dont even want to use it anymore, but its stuck, and it wont let me close out of minecraft
does anyone know how to fix this problem?
i use a windows 10 pc if that helps any
