i was aboiut to do this but it seems very complicated -w-

Made 1 dot.
Repeat and transform:
How many times? : 160 on this frame
Down 6
Right 0
Scale X 100
Scale y 100
Leave color alone

Then
Repeat and transform:

How many times? : 160 on this frame
DOwn 0
Right 6
Scale x 100
Scale y 100
Move allong the gradient (accordion mode)

Rotate 90 degrees
Move to desired location

Then I just drew on the layer beneath it
