As soon as I stepped out the shower, then got dressed I broke down crying. Mom came in and asked why... so I lied saying it was because my stomach was hurting. I mean, it really is so I'm drinking gatorade... but I was actually crying because it just needed to get it out after all day of holding it in. I still need to cry, but I'm afraid mom will say I have to go to the doctor... I accidentally broke my light bulb earlier this month, so now I sit in a dark room.. so she asked if sitting there in the dark all day effects me.. I lied also saying no. But, maybe it really is. I'm hurting myself (not physically) by stressing myself out, and worrying over so many tiny things... it hurts, but I'm afraid to ask for help from my mom... I'll be on here talking to my two favorite people.. but also might cry cuz I need to get it out... have a great day or night everyone ^^....
