@ClaytonR and @Mods: new category?

Suggestion for a new category called to be called Whirlpool! Basically it's for animations that aren't done frame by frame, but are either just tweening/slightly jittering/have less than 6 frames. That way it doesn't clog up open ocean with images that are just slightly moving and doesn't clog up kiddie pool with minor animations that are higher quality in art. (Btw it was @MilkMcShake who pointed out that this was issue and I agree with them, so that's why I made this suggestion!)
