The one time I want my input heard is the one time you don't want me talking. I've been trying so hard to step up and speak out as an editor and its tough for an introvert. You wanted me to be in this position in the first place so why do you keep shutting me down the few times i've pushed myself to actually say something? It already sucks that i'm the only introvert editor and that you expect me to be a chatty cathy from the start. I just want to be heard where I think I should be heard best which is with my design team and/or about design and themes of the magazine. Just let me work with my staff in peace and not be humiliated for once. Let that be heard.
