Snow Queen for @Scales contest

Here's my entry for @Scales "snowy" themed contest! My original idea was suppose to be a mountain goat, but it wasn't working out for me, so I changed it into a snow queen instead! As far as her character goes, no there's no real say in what kind of person she is. Is she an evil tyrant? Is she a good and just ruler with a firm attitude? Who knows, and I'll leave that up for you to decide! Anyway hope yall and @Scales like it!
